Legality

Some of our products are not sold for street use in any state or country where state or federal regulations prohibit its use. Some items listed in our web page are intended for track use only. We do not make any claims of street legal use of these products that are not intended for use on public roads.

Warranty

Our warranty covers all defects in material and manufacturing but does not cover damage caused by accident,misuse,modification or damage caused by neglect. Damage caused by failure to follow fitting instructions is also not covered. The warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential losses, the cost of return for testing or the cost of removal and re-installation.
